Humankind has entered a period of rapid urbanization. In 2030, the world is expected to have more than 41 very large cities with a permanent population of more than 10 million. The operation of the city consumes two-thirds of the total global energy consumption, and the most important aspect of urban energy consumption is the wide variety of buildings on the ground. Relevant data shows that building energy consumption accounts for about 35% of total energy consumption. If no measures are taken, energy consumption will increase by 50% by 2050.
