(ROCKWOOL Jiangsu hereby) on October 31, 2018. In the past year, ROCKWOOL Jiangsu factory under the guidance of the “one-stop fire insulation solution provider”, fully utilized the Group's rich experience and technical advantages in stone wool production, and greatly improved the operation and management of the factory. Led the factory entered a new stage.
In the past year, ROCKWOOL Jiangsu factory successfully implemented a series of upgrade projects: through the introduction of advanced European centrifuges, the use of new resin systems, the implementation of cupola transformation and other initiatives to reduce product slag content and improve product strength, and improve the resin distribution of the fiber while increasing the output, laying the foundation for the improvement of product quality.
We are pleased to see that while the product quality and production efficiency have been greatly improved, the product line of ROCKWOOL Jiangsu factory has also been fully expanded. Currently, it can provide products using in external wall, roofing, general buildings, fire prevention, sandwich core material and industrial high temperature applications. Improvements in products and services have increased the competitiveness of the factory and earned us more customers and orders. Currently, the monthly production and sales volume of Jiangsu factories is nearly 500% higher than that before the acquisition in last November.
ROCKWOOL Jiangsu factory adheres to the concept of sustainable development, and all emissions have reached the industry's leading standards. The completed process wastewater recycling system has achieved zero discharge of wastewater from Jiangsu factory, saving water resources and achieving environmental protection. At the same time, the factory attaches great importance to the health of employees, and the implementation of the cleaning workshop project has changed the situation of poor dust collection in the original workshop, creating a safe and healthy working environment for employees. At the same time, we also promoted sustainable development activities for factory employees, encouraging employees to reduce their carbon footprint, save energy and promote sustainable development.
