ROCKWOOL Qingyuan Factory updates
After a year of construction, the new ROCKWOOL factory in Qingyuan has stood in Guangfo Industrial Park. Technology-enabled, low-carbon and energy-saving electric furnaces, efficient waste gas treatment systems, and the world's most advanced and environmentally friendly stone wool production lines make ROCKWOOL's industrial flowers bloom.
Looking back on the past year, ROCKWOOL Qingyuan new factory project team overcame difficulties, was down-to-earth, and achieved one milestone after another:
- Oct 2020, construction started.
- Nov 2020,production equipment arrived
- April 2021, equipment installation carried out.
- Aug 2021,all buildings completed
- Nov 2021, power line delivered
- Nov 2021, natural gas ventilation
- Jan 2022, office building completed
The ROCKWOOL Qingyuan new plant project team has carried out scientific and reasonable planning for civil engineering and equipment installation and commissioning, realizing the tension and order of various work, quality and quantity, and laying the foundation for the smooth completion of the entire new plant project.
Now, the new factory is about to enter a new stage, which will soon lead to the joint debugging and trial production of production equipment. The ROCKWOOL team will continue to exert creativity and enthusiasm, and make every effort to ensure the smooth development of equipment debugging and trial production.
