Do you want to be closer to the data critical to the operation of a business? Then Master Data is something for you! As a member of MD Business Partners Team, you will be responsible for the creation of database of our Vendors. Thanks to your input, well-maintained, up-to-date and accurate vendor master data can significantly improve the business operations. You will have an opportunity to know the process within few markets and help us to propose the best standards. Remember – Master Data is not just about maintaining data!
What you will be doing
Analyzing, completing and creating new master data and change requests in SAP system to support day to day business operations
Ensuring that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Resolving complex operational issues reported by local organizations on daily basis
Cooperation with other business teams to address and resolve master data issues in a timely manner
Being a point of contact for vendor data-related inquiries and issues
Identify potential risks associated with vendor data and develop strategies to mitigate them
Executing the data quality/cleansing activities
Understanding the ‘holistic picture’ and recognizing and understanding any impacts to system landscape
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
Leading or participating in projects related to vendor master data
Developing and enhancing processes of managing vendor master data to increase efficiency and accuracy
What you bring
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Master Data
Intermediate level of English, second language will be beneficial
University graduate
Familiarity with SAP and MS Excel, experience with Basware will be beneficial
Risk oriented with focus on internal controls
Team player
Strong process and system management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Results oriented and customer focus
