Your future team:

You will join a dynamic team dedicated to create digital campaigns and solutions to support Marketing and Sales in building the best end to end journey. Group Digital Sales and Marketing was formed in early 2023, a merge between Digital Sales and Digital Marketing, with a vision of delivering a superior customer experience across all touchpoints, by owning the full customer funnel. We are a diverse team that consist of 24 colleagues representing 10 different nationalities. Divided into 4 smaller expert teams that support the entire digital marketing and sales experience for our customers. You will join the Digital Lead Generation and Management Expert Team. The expert team consists of 6 team members, and they describe themselves as specialists multi-cultural and open minded. In Digital Lead Generation and Management our aim is to help the local markets create leads and convert these leads into opportunities for sales.

What you will be doing: 

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our global lead generation and marketing campaign efforts. Working closely with counterparts and stakeholders in Sales and Marketing from North America, Europe, and Asia, you will help streamline and enhance our digital sales and marketing strategies.

Currently, we are at a critical juncture in our technology and process maturity. Our goal is to create a unified approach to Lead generation and Marketing Campaigning, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions. By supporting, managing and collaborating with local markets optimizing digital ad-spending and digital ad performance, you will contribute to a more cohesive and effective global strategy, improving the Lead Generation process. Positioning ourselves with a strong foundation for driving value for both Marketing and Sales.

Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing lead generation, refining digital marketing strategies, and improving campaign efficiency across regions to create a seamless customer journey and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop, design, and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (from concept to execution) across key markets, foremost incorporating digital ads, but also overseeing emails, landing pages, forms and content to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Ensure alignment with regional sales objectives and marketing strategies, optimizing for both lead quality and volume.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ad-tech analytics and Marketo. Make real-time adjustments to enhance ad spend efficiency and ROI, while continuously refining lead generation tactics to maximize conversion rates across digital channels (e.g. paid search, social media, display etc.).
  • Collaborate with team colleagues and regional sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover, driving alignment between the marketing and sales funnels and improving the creation of new opportunities.

Structured workflow and best practice sharing

  • Ensure structured workflow management to track and prioritize tasks, ensuring transparency and efficient collaboration across teams, such as ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and smooth execution.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized processes for lead generation and campaign execution across regions, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency in all marketing activities.
  • Share learnings and best practices across teams by documenting successful strategies, processes, and key insights. Create guides and resources to help standardize and improve campaign execution, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge transfer across regions.

Data-Driven Campaign Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze digital ad performance using key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, conversion rates) to evaluate the success of campaigns and ensure the efficient use of marketing budgets across regions and help drive data-informed decisions.
  • Leverage segmentation and data to continuously refine audience targeting, improving campaign relevance and personalization across different customer segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with advertising tools and networks (such as Google Ads and other adtech platforms) to optimize campaigns and explore new opportunities for innovation in digital advertising.

What you bring:  

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, with a focus on lead generation and performance optimization across various channels (e.g. display, paid search and social media).
  • Experience from the BTB industry, could be buildings industry but also others are admired e.g. software.
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad networks, preferable Google Ads, but other platforms are also  desired (e.g. AdForm or LinkedIn Ads) and how to leverage them to drive high-quality leads and improve ROI.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (preferable Google Analytics) to monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring effective use of marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional and global sales goals, as well as delivering consistent messaging across markets.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, creative, content, IT, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure timely execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a structured workflow and ensuring the timely delivery of assets.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, using insights to optimize lead generation efforts, refine targeting strategies, and improve conversion rates across campaigns.
  • Desirable but not required: Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms, including knowledge of lead nurturing and lead management.
