Rockfon is seeking a talented Regional Architectural Sales Manager, based in Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Chicago, to join our dynamic Sales organization. The region for this role includes the western United States, focusing primarily on these major markets. This role will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for five direct reports.

What You Will Be Doing
As a pivotal team member you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Rockfon's comprehensive architectural market strategies throughout the Western United States—both short and long term. Your primary focus will be to empower a team of Architectural Sales Managers as they collaborate with architects and designers, effectively promoting, and specifying Rockfon products within their territories.  In addition to engaging with industry professionals, you will enable them to deliver compelling AIA presentations to architects, designers, specifiers and end users, showcasing the innovation inherent in Rockfon's product line.Â
You are responsible for your team increasing Rockfon’s specification rate throughout the region, coordinating regional initiatives such as key trade shows and the execution of strategic architectural activities. You’ll work with other departments to develop & execute on strategic plans in the areas of Marketing, Product Development, Sustainability, Sales Enablement and premium Brand Messaging.
Working in tandem with the Regional Sales Manager of the same geography, you will provide valuable support and teamwork to ensure the success of the region. Your diverse responsibilities will include active participation in industry activities and corporate management of large architectural accounts, as well as a keen understanding of budgeting and market price points. This multifaceted role requires a proactive approach and a commitment to maintaining a strong presence in the market, contributing significantly to the overall success of the Rockfon brand.

What We Offer
The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - 160,000.00. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
