Your future team

You will join a team of 17 highly skilled colleagues. Our purpose is to drive improvements within our operations and quality management in close collaboration with our factories and colleagues spanning from Regulatory Affairs to development of new digital solutions and technologies to improve customer experience, gain efficiencies, increase throughput and ensure a strong continuous improvement culture.

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for setting the direction and driving quality improvements and enhancing customer experience across our organization. You will work closely with our factories and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Further, you will be the ROCKWOOL representative in the EUCEB board.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assess Quality maturity in our factories and connect with factory management teams to identify gaps and plans to close them.
  • Use customer feedback from claims and complaints to identify areas for improvement in our products and services and support factories in structured problem solving.
  • Host regular meetings with the Group management team to review and discuss quality initiatives and improvement opportunities.
  • Expand our Operational Excellence program to include Quality, identifying and sharing best practices and integrating quality into daily stand-up meetings and improvement processes in the factories.
  • Develop and implement a program to strengthen employee understanding of customer requirements, quality principles and practices in the factories.
  • Lead projects to harmonize quality processes and develop ROCKWOOL specific process standards.
     

What you bring

You have excellent communication and influencing skills, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues at different levels. Moreover, you have powerful analytical and critical thinking skills, you thrive at the shop floor as well as with senior management and you naturally push for optimizations wherever possible. Also, you have excellent intercultural competencies and the flexibility to travel 30-50 days a year within Denmark and internationally.

To be successful in this position we are imagining that you have this background:

  • 5-7 years of working experience with development and follow-up on processes for improvement of quality management processes
  • Superior quality understanding
  • Preferable knowledge of Construction Product Regulation (CPR) and European Certification Board for Mineral Wool Products Regulation (EUCEB)
  • EUCEB and CPR and experience from a mineral wool industry or similar
  • Forceful leadership and project management skills.
  • Working experience with change management and adaptation of new processes.
  • Experience with rolling out digital Quality Management Systems and process improvement methodologies.
