Your Future Team
At ROCKWOOL Group, Digital Sales and Marketing have been unified into a single function comprised of four expert teams following each step of the customer journey, striving to optimize every touchpoint to deliver a superior customer experience and value to the customer.
As Senior Program Manager, you will lead strategic business programs, ensuring seamless collaboration with Digital, Marketing, and Operational teams. Reporting to the Director for Global Digital Sales and Marketing and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role is based in Hedehusene, Denmark. There will be travel activity in this role.
What you will be doing
Program & business transformation leadership & orchestration: Lead large-scale business transformation programs across Marketing and Sales, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution. Drive cross-functional collaboration and balance business needs with technological enablement
Governance & operational efficiency: Establish governance frameworks for decision-making and risk management. Optimize processes to enhance agility and reduce administrative burdens. Define success metrics to measure impact
Program execution & delivery: Develop and oversee program plans with clear deliverables and timelines. Monitor progress, address blockers, ensure alignment, and drive execution across business units. Prioritize activities to align with ROCKWOOL’s strategic agenda and optimize resource allocation with senior leadership.
Stakeholder communication & reporting: Liaise between business leadership and digital teams. Provide regular updates on progress and strategic decisions. Prepare executive reports highlighting progress, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
Knowledge sharing & capability building: Implement a centralized platform for program-related information. Facilitate continuous upskilling and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively. Maintain a strategic risk register ensuring that business leaders have visibility into program challenges and trade-offs. Address organizational blockers to keep initiatives focused on value creation and outcomes
What you bring
Due to the strategic significance of this role, we seek candidates with extensive experience in leading large-scale business transformation programs.
And we do also expect:
Proven leadership in orchestrating cross-functional portfolios and programs
Strong business acumen and ability to align strategy with execution
Exceptional stakeholder management and governance framework experience
Sharp presentation skills
Background in enterprise transformation, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes
Ability to mediate, influence, and drive collaboration across business units
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience with agile methodology
Preferred qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related field
Certifications in Program Management and Change Management (e.g., MSP, PMP, PROSCI)
