With a history going back over 80 years, our strong foundation enables us to offer a stable and well-organized work environment. It is something that is a very high priority for everyone, from our management team to the employees working in our factories. With this commitment from the whole organization, we ensure a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

ROCKWOOL was founded in 1937 and has a long and successful history – and we are proud of our heritage. Our founders laid the groundwork for the family-like and inclusive culture that we have today – a culture that promotes working together to overcome challenges and find opportunities. It has helped us become the world leaders in stone wool and shapes how we do business every day.
Our core values are the compass for how we act when collaborating with colleagues or in interactions with our customers. They also guide us when we recruit new employees – to set the right expectations and ensure a good match.

The development of our leaders is also in focus and we just launched our own ROCKWOOL Leadership Programmes which a great number of our leaders will participate in. The ROCKWOOL Leadership Programmes cover all leaders from our factory-based supervisors to our senior management teams.
