In accordance with the Danish Companies Act and the ROCKWOOL A/S Articles of Association, the supervision and management of the ROCKWOOL Group is divided among the General Meeting of shareholders, the Board of Directors and Group Management.
The ROCKWOOL Group applies to the Danish Act 1288 of 19 December 2012 regarding diversity management.

Anders Espe is Senior Vice President for Systems division, all of ROCKWOOL’s businesses outside of insulation. He is the newest member of Group Management at ROCKWOOL Group and joined the company in May 2021
As Senior Vice President for Group Operations & Technologies, Bjørn Rici Andersen is responsible for six functional areas that support the Group: R&D, Technology, Sourcing and Procurement, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and Safety, Health and Environment. He joined ROCKWOOL in 1994 and Group Management in 2018.
Volker Christmann, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Head of Insulation Central Europe, joined ROCKWOOL in 1984 and the Group Management team in 2015.
Kim Junge Andersen, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), joined ROCKWOOL and the Group Management team in 2016.
