Reporting can be made through the local ROCKWOOL website or by using the ROCKWOOL Whistleblower App. You can file a report in the language of your choosing.

To protect the anonymity of the whistleblower, communication to and from the whistleblower portal is encrypted. IP addresses are not logged.
The Whistleblower policy has been adopted by the Board of ROCKWOOL A/S and is applicable to the entire ROCKWOOL Group. The Whistleblower policy and reporting portal covers all ROCKWOOL Group companies worldwide and considers the applicable laws of every country.
Whistleblower cases are processed electronically and sensitive information is stored encrypted. The system facilitates anonymous dialog with the whistleblower, where the Group Integrity Officer can ask the whistleblower questions to clarify or for further documentation. To ensure the anonymity of the whistleblower, this dialog is solely based on the willingness of the whistleblower to voluntarily log on to the portal.
