BeamClad® System
ROCKWOOL BeamClad is a non-combustible stone wool insulation slab, designed and tested to provide up to 4 hours’ protection* to structural steel.
Slabs are sized 2000x1200mm and are available with an optional tissue or aluminium foil facing.
BeamClad boards can be fixed to the steel using stud-welded pins, or adhered using FirePro Glue and noggings. All joints must be treated with FirePro Glue. For more detailed guidance please see the BeamClad installation guide.
